Cashmere & Cocaine
The price of luxury is paid in blood.
Welcome to Cincinnati, 1960. Beneath the polished veneer of jazz clubs, tailored cashmere coats, and mid-century hustle lies a ruthless underground empire. This is the world of Cashmere & Cocaine, an uncompromising Black-owned crime drama series that explores the high-stakes, gripping realities of power, survival, and betrayal in the Queen City.

Created as a deeply personal vision, this project isn’t just an idea—it is already alive. Production is underway, core materials have been developed, and the foundation for a groundbreaking cinematic experience has been laid. We are building an authentic, raw, and visually stunning piece of Black-led storytelling that fills a massive void in the historical crime genre.

Fuel the Vision
We have proven the proof of concept. The script is moving, the cameras are rolling, and the vision is undeniable. But independent, high-caliber storytelling requires community.

To take Cashmere & Cocaine to the next level—and to give this project the platform, reach, and scale it truly deserves—we need your backing. Whether you are an investor, a creative collaborator, or a fan of high-stakes drama, your support directly fuels independent Black cinema and brings this powerful piece of Cincinnati history to the screen.

A Cincinnati crime drama series

Elegance on the surface. Power beneath it.

In 1960 Cincinnati, style can open a door—and danger may be waiting on
the other side. Cashmere & Cocaine enters a world of jazz,
ambition, and shifting loyalties, where the pursuit of power comes with
a price.

Set against the Queen City’s mid-century atmosphere, this Black-led crime
drama explores the tension between survival and success, trust and
betrayal, and the image people present to the world versus the choices
they make when the stakes rise.

A story rooted in place and perspective

Cincinnati isn’t just a backdrop. Its streets, nightlife, and social
contrasts shape the world of the series. The project brings a distinct
perspective to the historical crime genre, centering Black storytelling
in a richly atmospheric period drama.

Independent storytelling, built with community

The series is being developed as an independent production. Support from
audiences, creative partners, and potential investors can help move the
project forward and expand its reach.
